I spend a lot of time editing at the Open Directory Project, where I've been a volunteer editor since mid-2005. I did take some time away from the ODP while I was in Iraq the last couple of years (didn't have internet outside of work the first year, and it was much too slow the second (remember dial-up?)), but am now back and editing again. A new posting was made to the official DMOZ blog this week which highlights some of the activities that took place in the directory over the past year, I think it makes pretty interesting reading.
